Their team focuses on providing essential, engineered solutions to extend the lifespan of critical national infrastructure in sectors like transport, water, and energy. Working from their Head Office location, you will be part of a professional yet friendly team that value collaboration and fostering a positive work culture.

About the role

This is a newly created Administrator role, integral to providing essential support to the leadership team and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

The role's main duties include:

  • Organising travel for the Executive Leadership Team, including flights, car hire, accommodation, and itineraries

  • Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments for the leadership team

  • Preparing meeting minutes and briefing notes, and tracking follow-up actions

  • Overseeing daily office operations, including managing equipment and supplies

  • Managing shared inboxes, responding to enquiries, and supporting the preparation of business board reports

  • Organising staff office events, meetings, and small functions

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administration or reception role with strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail, problem solving mindset, excellent communication/interpersonal abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • A friendly individual who can have a laugh whilst also being able to focus on the work at hand
  • Proficiency in basic MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, with familiarity with business systems desirable

  • Temporary assignment for 3 - 6 months, with the potential to extend/be made permanent
  • Standard office hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
  • A Police Check and a Medical Check (GP) will be required
